I have lost my safety certifications. How can I get replacements?

How to receive replacements for safety certifications depends on which one(s) you have lost. Please note that most certifiying bodies will have a fee associated with their replacement certficate policies.

If you have lost an Enform Certificate, such as your H2S Alive, you must contact Enform directly to have it replaced. A copy of their Replacement Certificate Policy is located here: http://www.enform.ca/media/2979/replacement_certificate.pdf

If you lost your First Aid Certificate, you must contact either the Canadian Red Cross or St. John's Ambulance, depending on who you were certified with.

All Absolute Safety Management certifications can be replaced at a cost of $15.00 plus GST. Please contact our office for more information.
